and it mainly includes the proper preparation of the plan of the upcoming work and it will be

Waterfall Technique is considered to be the other technique which will be traditional,
however, it will be able to keep the simple classic approach to the new level. The respective
technique is mainly based on the sequential approach and performance of the different tasks.
The next step starts when the previous one is completed successfully. In order to monitor the
progress as well as performed steps, the Gantt Chart is the most effective aspect which needs
to be implemented by the company for understanding the complexity of the products and it
will be capable of gaining the competitive advantage in the market successfully (Da Costa,

Agile Project Management Technique is the other aspect is considered to be the set of
principles which are mainly based on the value cantered approach and it helps in prescribing
