A management control system is a appropriate combination of digital tools and
hardware's that will help an organisation to manage and handle its financial and non financial
business operations. All these measures will include certain system which will help in proper
evaluation by the organisation in a significant manner (Luft, 2016.). As Technology 1 is working
in software development industry, the firm can use a variety of management systems like
Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Resource Management system, management accounting
system etc.
The ERP system that is implemented by the organisation will help in significant planning
of the various resources and attributes. The ERP system will help in establishing a positive
interconnectivity with each other (Bedford, 2015). This will not only improve the performance
on the non financial areas, but also improves revenue generation of the organisation which will
help in proper planning of growth measures and activities (Guenther, Endrikat and Guenther,
2016). Other than this, the ERP system assist in improving communication process, allocation of
resources and monitoring the sales and logistics. All this measures will support a significant rise
in effectiveness of organisation to have a control over the operations carried by management of
Technology 1. It aids in increasing the profitability of organisation over the time and gain a
better sustainability (Lueg and Radlach, 2016).
Findings
From the assessment this can be said that use of ERP helps to reduce the labour costs, IT
expenses and improve the interaction between company and staff. Moreover, the performance
of Technology one firm is an essential factor that is required to be maintained for the the policies
and procedure around the evaluation of employee performance. ERP system is used for
collecting and recording all the necessary information about the performance of employee
through digital and online mediums.

CONCLUSION
As per discussion, it concluded that ERP system is business process management that
allows the technology one company can use a system of integrated with the application to
manage operations and functions (Bedford, 2015). It summarised that technology one business
can improve the internal process and overall performance in effective manner. The performance
measurement practices specifically in the relations to the technology one firm that outline the
remuneration report (Guenther, Endrikat and Guenther, 2016). This technology one organization
is evaluation to measure the financial and non-financial aspects of business growth and
development. It should be desired to find an appropriate result and outcome. It has recommended
