relations at the workplace and squeezing in outside interest. Therefore, to establish a healthy
and positive work-life balance, managers can adopt certain ways; such is stated as under –
firstly they should set manageable goals each day as they should be able to meet priorities
which assist to establish a sense control and accomplishment. Another way of managing
work-life balance is to be efficient with time at work – it means managers should try to
accomplish or complete all tasks or activities on their given time period; this would also help
them to determine the progress of all tasks or activities as whether or not they will complete
in the desired manner (Lunau, et. al., 2014). To establish a healthy work-life balance,
managers should implement free flow of communication at the workplace which enable that
managers and employees can interact with each other; it leads to sharing information and
issues thus to identify the best solution of problems and determine potential threats that may
affect business decisions or operations. At last, there is needed to implement flexibility in
working conditions; thus to implement healthy balance in work-life and make workers able to
