INTRODUCTION
Management skills defined as a skill of individual with the help of which efficient

Newham London Council. It has been identified that this Council recently launched their new
Hub which is Artist Enterprise Hub. In this report formative discussion has been made on
effective management skill significance which is important for efficient and effective
management of artist hub. Along with this, report include benefits of diversity as they
significantly impact on management of issues within an organization that are mainly related to
culture, business, people and management. Lastly present report includes discussions on different
theories related to decision making motivation and problem solving activities.
