4. Two methods of communication includes

limited amount of documents to be stored (Fan and Taylor 2016).
Cloud storage system: in this system, soft copies are uploaded in order to store them online.
Organization with a vast amount of documents to be stored uses cloud storage system.
9. The two major resources that are required by an individual to produce a document includes, a
desktop computer system or a laptop along with writing application like Microsoft word or
wordpad.
