MAIN BODY
1. I learned a lot of things in the seminars through different approaches including the traditional
and modern approaches including different ways of developing the learning on the given topic. It
helped me in understanding about the ways in which I can use it in developing the process of
working. The approaches helped me in developing knowledge about the management and also
about the competitive market knowledge (Gibson and et.al., 2017). I get to learn about the ways
in which the market competition can be analysed and understood in the management and the
approach of porter 5 force provide me the knowledge for the situation of the market weather the
competition is high, low or medium. The recommendation helped me in understanding the
changes which are required in the learning to develop new ways and faster ways of
understanding the process of learning. Traditional approach and contemporary approach both are
important in the learning the traditional approach is the old style of learning and the
contemporary are the new style, both helped me in learning about the management in their own
way of providing the explanation of the management. Both helped me in understanding the
market knowledge and development of the business knowledge in the organization.
2. After I get the feedback for the work I did I realize that there are a lot of things where I am
good at and on the other hand there are things where I need to improve or learn the process of
development. The feedback help me to understand the situation of my knowledge and where I
need to develop the process of learning and education.
 The feedback helped me in realizing that I am good at understanding the market
competition and the research for the market development for the process of the business
learning. I learn good competition and also a good researcher in the process of learning. I
can develop a great research on the market competition and also in development to the
market. I get to know about the external environment of the management and market, the
PESTEL help me in understanding the external factors of the business environment. It is
very important for me to know the external business environment factors because its help
in understanding the social, technological and legal factors to understand and get a deep
knowledge about the process or operation of the management.
 I need to learn a lot of things which include the presentation skills and the
communication skills when representing the knowledge which I know to others. It is very
crucial for me to know that I need to develop the skills to represent the knowledge which

I already have. It took me a lot of sessions to develop the knowledge and learning of the
things which I know and unable to represent in the market. I'm good at learning the
concept and approaches but when its about presenting the knowledge I lack, I need to
learn that to improve the development of the process and also to increase the business in
better version (Chan, Wong and Luo, 2020).
3. There are different areas where I am good at but on the other hand there are things where I
need to develop my learning to increase the process and also to provide the better result. Need to
develop the learning about the development of the business representation and communication so
that I can provide the information which I learned in the process can be representatives to the
people so that I can make other understand about the topic I learned. It is crucial for me to
develop the learning and educate myself in the presentation and communication skills as they
both are one of the most important things in the development process. I learned different things
but if I don't know about the ways in which hi can represent the knowledge than the knowledge
can not be used properly (Cheng, 2017). I also need to develop my learning for the influence
process in which I can influence others about what I want them to influence because it helps in
development of the knowledge and process of learning. It will help in making things understood
to others so that they can understand easily and get influenced in the communication to do what
is said.
