According to Robbins et al (2017), ethical managerial behavior is one of the key
principles a manager should possess. Ethical dilemmas are threats to the productivity of an
organization. In this case, I plan to follow appropriate code of conduct. This will help my career
by avoiding scandals. This will also encourage adherence to assignments and trust from

establish potential risks such as financial crisis and consumer changing preferences. This will
help me to mechanize strategic plans to withstand the risks. I will also connect to the target
market easily. For instance, change in consumer taste will call for change in products quality. I
plan to employ advertisement in order to reach out to the target market.
Robbins et al (2017), also identify globalization among the challenges managers
experience. Expansion into new market can be hazardous or beneficial to a company. I plan to
understand the markets culture and customs. This will improve the company’s social experience.
I will customize the company’s image by organizing social interactions. The strategic plan will
employ organizing sports activities to reach the market. This will improve the organization
perception to the people.
Conclusion
Understanding the business aspects and challenges are managers’ job. This knowledge
will positively impact in my career. This is because I will be able to adapt to market changes
easily. Flexibility will also be crucial to my career. In this respect, engaging with the consumers
and the government will enable the company to experience a welcoming social environment.
Focusing on the future is also key thing to focus on. I will always assess the current business
experience and plan for long lasting strategic plan.
