With the growing prevalence of health care sectors, the need of effective health care
sectors and health care managers are intensifying. In this case, appropriate and effective
leadership is one of the most desired competencies of the manager which further facilitate
quality of care in the hospital (Obama, 2016). The basic accountability of health care
managers is to create an atmosphere which can provide necessary as well as improved health
care at maximum profit (Islam et al., 2015). They are responsible for budget, monitoring quality
and safety of the clients, administer payroll, and regularly communicate amongst staffs. This
assignment will provide a mock survey for the accrediting agency for that facility.

Type of the organization:
This organization is a hospital of United States which provide health and human services
to the child, women and older adult of the community (Obama, 2016). This hospital provides
type of such as therapeutic services, diagnostic, curative, rehabilitations and care of
emergencies. The hospital also provides antenatal, post natal, family welfare services along with
