Developing workplace is a key concern where focus of management is on managing team
work and employee relationship. Workplace management is concerned with employee
motivation. Leadership, team leading, multitasking etc. However, it is the responsibility of
manager is to implement the use of different management styles and models to coordinate
employees efforts. The aim of study is to develop critical approach to workplace thinking with
