information, facilities and improving education to the department which comprises of
the fastest growing major.
b) Three additional queries which can be run may include identifying which students

Allowing people to personalize the home screen of Netflix according to the
categories which they have felt interested.
Allowing the people to choose whether they want to watch the trailer of the
movie or not by removing the auto-play feature.
In future, the concept of Virtual Reality is going to play a very important role in the
gaming rental industry which may bring scenes even closer to the users and provide a
lot of social experiences (Miller et al. 2013).
Answer to Question 3
a) Three jobs which do not involve team work or group work:
Searching for a product which is in demand and sell that product in online shopping
sites like Amazon or Flip kart.
Becoming a consulting businessmen or businesswomen depending upon any
particular skill.
Startup as a developer of software.
No, I do not want any of these jobs. This is because, I like to work together in groups and
co-operate with a number of people and more over group works are much more productive as
per my concern.
For successful completion of project, a proper planning is very much required (Cohen and
Lotan 2014). The main thing which is to be kept in mind is having a proper communication
between each and every team member and everyone should feel interested in the topic of the
project which is selected. Decisions are to be made depending upon the drawbacks of the

existing projects. A regular report of the progress is needed to be maintained. Lack of
coordination and motivation are some of the challenge by which proper planning is
anticipated. These can be prevented by keeping the group small and by removing all the
people who creates a lot of chaos and problems. If I would be given a chance then I would
prefer to work in group. This is because working in group would result in a better and more
innovative project which might not be possible if it is done single handedly.
PART-II
Social Business: Full Speed Ahead or Proceed With Caution
The use of social network is noticed to be advantageous within the business
organizations helping in promoting and marketing the product and increasing in the capital
too (Smith, Gonin and Besharov 2013).Social networks provide a large number of
information sources which helps in enhancing the productivity of the company and
innovation as well. It is noticed that applications of social business which are structured on
user faced platforms including Twitter or Facebook do not work for the business
organizations. Employees get distracted from their work and thus the productivity of the
company reduces. The management of the company is to make sure that the efforts of social
networking both the internal and external are introducing value to the business genuinely
(Okazaki and Taylor 2013). The employees should use the social network for increasing the
productivity of the company rather than misusing it. Social network should be used in an
efficient manner and limited use of it should be made for the recreation purpose.
