business entity. The management of functions related to various departments of company helps
in handling a wide variety of customer and revenue gaining operations. This will lead the

will increase the duration of the services that are been taken in effective consideration. Thus, to
tackle all these issues, Elvedon plc will look after the better adopting of IT tools and effective
management of MIS system at the workplace (McArthur, 2015).

As cited firm needs to improve its operational capacity, thus the organisation has to look
after the better handling of the different operations which will help in its growth and
