Introduction of Case
The case is discussing regarding Tumi, Inc., which is today one of the known and growing
SME business of New Jersey. The customer fill rates of the company were below 80% and
due to this the company has to deal with a number of inventory problems. In order to
overcome this problem, improve customer service, and increase sales the company decided to
implement SAP into the business operations after the discussion with the IT team. After the
implementation of the SAP system into the business, the company experienced 30% decrease
in the inventory levels, 38% decrease in the warehouse space, 44% reduction in the day's
sales outstanding, and 25% increase in the sales of the company. Besides this, with the
implementation of the system, the company is able to move from the wholesales business
structure to the retail business. Considering this development of Tumi Inc., the paper is
presenting a discussion by recommending Just Bliss to implement the ERP system into the
business in order to expand the business.
Just Bliss is specialized in offering hand-painted chocolates. It is the boutique chocolatier
situated in Australia. The business offers different chocolate gift boxes for different occasions
to the customers. The business is planning to expand its business in different locations as well
as product portfolio in order to increase sales and improve customer services (Just Bliss,
2019).
Enterprise Resource Planning
Enterprise resource planning is the procedure utilized by the businesses to accomplish and
incorporate the key parts of their businesses. A number of ERP software applications are
available in the market to assist businesses to execute resource planning by incorporating all

traditional system to the manager. Besides this, the business is planning to expand the
operations and to do so it requires an established unified system like ERP, that could support
in gathering the information from different segments of the business and support in making
decisions. This will also support Just Bliss in improving customer service, managing human
resource, reducing the overall cost of the business, and managing the finance properly, etc.

ERP Provider that is Oracle to avail the unified system facilities. The system of Oracle that is
suggested is NetSuite, which also known for the security of the data.
