Innovation and creativity is both important in the present date as because it helps
organizations to build and implement new solutions in the organization to all kinds of problems

innovation and creativity in the organization the top management of the company will be able to
gain an advantage over the progress of human solution which eliminatory resolve various types
of conflicts, create new opportunities for the business and as well as involve technological
measures in the organization. Whereas on the other hand creativity is very important for the
business as because it is one of the most important factor or key ingredient in the process of
business innovation.

in the whole process so as by thinking something which is outside the box. Creativity is the only

1. How do you define innovation?
Ans: I feel that innovation is quite a big term which is known for having endless number
of definitions in the market. I being the manager of Herbalife Nutrition firmly believe in
the activity that nutrition is something that can be refereed as the introduction of
something new way in the business operations.
But however innovation can be defined as the process of defining a new idea in the
business life cycle that is translated into a better good or service offered by our company
in the present date. The process of innovation is known for creating a value to the
customer who are willing to pay more to the company. However I feel that the essence of
innovation is known for bringing in improvement to the company as well as to the day to
day operations held by the company to launch something better in to the new world.
2. What do you thing innovation management is?
Ans: Seeing the business operations for quite a few years now I feel that innovation
management is something that is known for referring to the handling of all the activities
which are needed to introduce something new into the business cycle. From and
organizatio’s operating perceptive view I feel that innovation management is something
where not only the top managerial department of the company but also the mere
employees, workers and other person involved in the business should try out bringing in
and delivering new innovative business ideas, prioritizing them and as well as
implementing them.

unpredictable I want to see how is certain process good work for the organisation is to try out

oriented in our organisation does I feel that motivating creativity continuous to the overall

company. Listening to the employees and as well as to solve them as soon as possible really
confidence and their work which help them in completing the task as soon as possible. They also
