Strengths
Teamwork is the strength which is within the interpersonal domain as I feel that as a
team leader I have the ability to promote and build effective team. The displayed kind of
support which is provided to team members has helped me in building professionalism. The
major components of interpersonal behavioural aspect play a vital role in the current job
responsibilities.
For example- In the present scenario, I am working as a HR in a company wherein I
have to deal with various candidates for sourcing them. The negotiation of salary is one of the
initiatives which has helped me in designing along with overseeing human resource
initiatives as to promote team process and environment.
Weaknesses
Conflict management is one of the weaknesses which is being faced by me as I have
constantly struggled through negativity along with conflict in professional and personal life.
The conflict with the other individuals is the aspect wherein I have isolated myself as I try to
avoid the difficult behaviour of the different individuals. My main mistake is becoming
friends with all and at the end, it can be seen that the main job role is to administer the
policies of organization and guidelines.
For instance- The different SHRM related instances include resolving the conflicts in
appropriate and respectful manner. Furthermore, the other examples include when the higher-
level authorities are warranted and it helps in facilitating difficult kind of interaction between
the different individuals as this will be helpful in achieving the optimal outcome.

relationship with employees along with the colleagues and professional leaders. The most
appropriate manner to resolve the conflict management is proper and improvement in

clarifying information which will be helpful in gaining better understanding of the message
which is being conveyed (Buitron et al., 2016).
For instance- The supportive instances as per SHRM is inclusive of development and
maintaining network of the different partners externally along with listening clearly and
solving the issues. Furthermore, the HR professionals need to build proper relationships with
the team members through providing proper support and there should be inclusion of trust.
