Introduction
This report discusses the experience of mine at the time of conducting the interview.
It also discusses the activities that I did before the interview. This reflective also discuss my
strengths as well as weakness that I observed from the interview. In last, it discusses some
recommendation that is used by me to improve my weakness.
Before starting the interview, I deeply evaluate what I will consider in the interview.
Whenever I think about the word of interview as it creates a series of questions in my mind. It
reflects the overall performance of outcome. I deeply evaluate the question and methods that
have been considered in the interview. For completing this interview method, I used the semi-
structured method because it would be effective in conducting formal communication with
interviewee. This method because of collecting actual data towards the specific concern in
depth. The main reason for selecting semi-structured interviews is to prepare the
questionnaire ahead of time. This method enabled to be made as well as appear competent at
the time of interview. This method could also permit to both interviewers as well as
interviewee to express their feeling towards the attainment of the organizational task. This

interview method, it is observed that how many people gave value to hospitality services. I
observed that participants were given value to the accommodation due to increasing the
awareness about it. I also understood how much basic adequate is essential in their daily
routine (Denscombe, 2014). I observed that interviewee has a basis antiquates that influence
me to conduct an interactive interview. Interviewee, as well as me, was talkative that provide
an opportunity to deeply understand the actual data towards concern.
By conducting an interview, sometimes, the interviewee unable to understand what I
expect to him as it demonstrated that I unable to express my actual thought in front of others.
From the interview, I also observed that the interviewee is quite complicated in nature as he
likes to interact with a person can but he did not expect as anyone uses loo and bedroom of
person. He gives value to hygienic as it is effective for the health of the person.

questions to the interviewee that affects to assess the behavior of interviewee towards the
actual incident. I observed that the interviewee has a lack of emotional intelligence that’s why
she did not emotionally react on the front of others. She overreacts on some questions before
understanding what I tried to ask. It will also affect the overall performance of any specific
act. Moreover, the lack of emotional intelligence skills create problem for me as well as
create fear in me as how I explain what exactly I expect to her.

typical. I observed that the interviewee reaction should be real and frank due to getting a
