communicates a vision of Postecoglou's, he can effectively build a team which will work to
attain the same goals and also maximize the performance.
Leadership
Team leadership was also one of the key strategies discussed in this article which allowed
Postecoglou to lead the Brisbane Roar soccer team to achieve 36 consecutive wins (Zaccaro, S.,
Rittman, A. & Marks, M., 2001). It is evident that the Brisbane Roar soccer team is operated by
team leadership as it had many different components that worked together to make the team
successful; Ange Postecoglou is the coach of the team who works with manager, who is in
charge of managing goals and the activities of the team, and also works with other workforce
such as subordinate coaches and sport science groups to achieve Postecoglou’s vision for the
team.

the people individually and made a change in the environment. He made training as a task into

crucial element to practice patience by procedures and avoid shortcuts (Shannon, 2011).

The strategies of change management should be adjusted by a project. Communication
should be passed by all steps to remove and identify roadblocks (Simoes, 2014).

I agree with the statement as he was more than a leader for the team as he had the power
to manage the team according to his style of leadership that is also known as a lead from the
front. If this concept looks in the manner of the organization prospect than it explains that a
manager or leader has limited power. Manager of the organization works as administer and direct
the schedule of the organization. But in the following case study, Postecoglou pushed things to
preserve the status quo and influence facilities to direct the team.

to follow effectively. As the team was continued facing the failures, so his style of leadership
should be known as a dictatorial leadership style as he managed the team effectively and brought
success to the team. He developed detailed ideas as a player and manager to achieve the vision.
He didn't want to know that competitors know his objectives to win the grand finale.
Brisbane roar presented the culture of manage and lead an organization with the
responsibility to manage processes and goals. There was a clear direction about the evidence to
focus on communicating towards strategy and distinctive vision. The staff like assistant coach,
administrative staff, and sport science group was full filed to manage roles and implement vision
and strategy. There was the clear role of management to establish more channel of football.
