facility can help in the collaboration of the business operations in a strong and compact
manner. The management of the business must address the key requirements of the
organization and ensure a smooth and sustainable business operation accordingly.

Details of the key operational functions
The operational functions of the organization is key to the determination of the goals
of the business in the most positive manner. According to, Alston, G., (2017) the
management of Watson’s Water main task is to manage the organizational elements of the
business in the most effective manner that can be efficient in nature. The major elements of
the operational functions includes;
a. Control and Distribution Systems- The control of the organization is totally based
on the management of the business while the distribution system is based on the large
scale suppliers of the business (Belrhiti et al. 2016). The presence of a large scale
suppliers of Watson’s Water helps the organization to expand its services by
providing the products of the company across Hong Kong.
b. Transformation of Raw Material into finished goods/services- The transformation
of normal water to distilled water involves a large number of steps and business
operations that are important for the success of the organization in the most
appropriate nature. The transformation of the finished goods and services helps the
management to ensure the success of the business in the most efficient manner.
c. Process Design- The process design involves the product design, business design,
operations design and other kinds of the operational design in a systematic and
scientific manner. The product design also forms an important part of the process
design elements (Belrhiti et al. 2016). The proper implementation of all these
elements helps to constitute and process the design in a compact manner. The process
design of the company is assessed by the supervisor of the organization in a critical
and complex manner.

d. Capacity Management- The management of capacity in an organization refers to the
act of ensuring how a business maximizes the different kinds of the potential activities
and also looks after the production output of the business. The capacity management
of Watson’s Water is generally assessed and fixed by the managers of the company in
the most efficient manner.
e. Logistics and Inventory- The logistics and inventory management of the business
involves the likes of the organizational development and thus the organization can use
the management in the proper manner (Boya and Rao 2018). The management of
Watson’s Water has a well-structured logistics systems that can help in the success of
the business. The presence of a huge inventory also helps the management to ensure a
huge success for the organization.
f. Scheduling- According to, Boya and Rao (2018) the scheduling of the different
business operations is one of the most important elements of the organization and the
proper scheduling and organization elements helps Watson’s Water to present the best
products and services to the customers within a stipulated time. The operations
manager and the project manager consult with each other and schedules all the
different activities of the business accordingly.

and techniques that enables the improvement of the business process. The improvement of
the business process helps in the development of the organization in the most efficient nature.

Context of Corporate Social Responsibility
The management of Watson’s Water has its own set of CSR policies that helps them
to address the social responsibility (Chiu Balkundi and Weinberg 2017). The CSR policies of
the business addresses the issues in Hong Kong through discounts to needy persons and
providing water for free and also through the arrangement of the marketing campaigns that
promotes the need for water savings among the population of the country.
Concept of Culture, Values and Ethics
The culture value and ethics are followed according to the industrial ethical principles
of the country and also through the creation of a new policy that is able to address the issues
in the most positive manner.
