the operational functions includes;
a. Control and Distribution Systems- The control of the organization is totally based
on the management of the business while the distribution system is based on the large
scale suppliers of the business (Belrhiti et al. 2016). The presence of a large scale
suppliers of Watson’s Water helps the organization to expand its services by
providing the products of the company across Hong Kong.
b. Transformation of Raw Material into finished goods/services- The transformation
of normal water to distilled water involves a large number of steps and business
operations that are important for the success of the organization in the most
appropriate nature. The transformation of the finished goods and services helps the
management to ensure the success of the business in the most efficient manner.
c. Process Design- The process design involves the product design, business design,
operations design and other kinds of the operational design in a systematic and
scientific manner. The product design also forms an important part of the process
design elements (Belrhiti et al. 2016). The proper implementation of all these
elements helps to constitute and process the design in a compact manner. The process
design of the company is assessed by the supervisor of the organization in a critical
and complex manner.
