Conceptualization of the management and leadership in different ways
Management and leadership are known as the important concept within the organizations.
Leadership has the capability to make the decisions, motivates the others to follow the

quo. Leadership inspires the people through guidance, communication, and builds trust between
the team. Management develops and organizes the business aspects through the happiness of the
client, sources, and many other routines of the job. Leadership develops the optimistic culture
and free flow of the working environment through the positive culture. Management gives the
importance to the functional culture to follow up and monitor process of work (Javidan, et al.,
2014).
Development of the management and leadership talent
