1.) The interventions that can be used are related to training and motivation. It can be seen
that through proper training it can be easy to enhance the group process. Training can help the
team members to enhance their skills and through proper training it can be easy for the
employees to give their best towards the activities of the company. Motivation is also considered
as one of the factor that can help in enhancing the overall working pattern of the employees. If
the team members are motivated then it can be easy to achieve positive outcome (Bolman and
Deal, 2017). I personally believe that to enhance the group process there should be proper
motivation.
According to Dale S. Beach, "Training is the organized procedure by which people learn
knowledge and Improve skill for a definite purpose” (Human resource management, 2018)
2.) There are various leadership styles. Like democratic leadership style in which it has been
seen that it helps to enhance the job satisfaction of the employees and encourage them to towards
innovation and creative solutions. The issues and problems of the organization can be easily
resolved with the help of these styles. But one of the cons related to this style is reduction of the
overall efficiency of the team members with proper accountability (Antonakis and Day, 2017).
According to the given situation the best leadership style that can be considered is related to
autocratic leadership style. In this style of leadership it has been seen that the focus is given on
the individuals to control all the decisions and the little input from the overall group members. In
this it can be seen that help can be taken from the other team members also. It can be seen that in
autocratic leadership it can be simple to enhance the employee engagement. As an autocratic
leader I will focus on enhancing the overall engagement of employees by maximizing their
satisfaction level. The con related to this leadership style it can enhance the overall work burden
as autocratic leaders are busy which can also lead to high stress (Fairhurst and Connaughton,
2014). According to Former U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower, "Leadership is the art of
getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it” (TechTarget,
2018).
3.) I personally believe that the personality of a team leader can affect the other team members
too in a positive manner. It can be seen that if the team members have positive attitude which

reflects their personality then it can affect the other team member in giving their best. They can
feel hesitated with the entire process of the group in the positive manner. If I am the leader and
following the autocratic leadership style then it can be seen that it can affect the motivation level
of the other team members. It can be seen that the other team members can feel demotivated by
seeing the work of the other team members of the other group. It can be seen that it can also help
the other group members to share their feedback with the team. Also as a leader my personal
goal towards my group will be to enhance the overall level of motivation of the members so that
they can give their best towards the assigned activities.
