Kingdom brand of hotel which gives services within 85 countries with more than 570 resorts and
hotels. They give services in the industry of hospitality from may 31st 1919. Founder of this
groups of hotel is Conrad Hilton. In this report, discussed about different styles of management
and characteristics of leadership. Along with that workers motivation for meeting managerial
skills and goals which provide support in career development and make a plan of development.
