Use and implication of philosophies of research is made to provide viability and support
for the project through facilitating better implication and analysis of literature sources and other
forms of data. It is mainly of two types and having two main forms comprises of positivism and
interpretivism. The nature of current investigation is seemed to be more objective in form thus,
implication and use of positivism philosophy is most suitable and viable as it facilitates enhanced
testing and scanning of objective form along with systematic and practical lead of an
investigation (Anthony, 2017).
Data sources and data collection methods
This section of research methodology is mainly associated and related with the process of
gathering information that is the main concern of any research project. Thus, implication and use
of both primary as well as secondary sources of data and information gathering is made for
current investigation.
Primary data :- this source of information provide a fresh set of data that is most
authentic and latest form that is directly gathered from the selected person and respondents. The
justification and reason for gathering if information from primary sources is based on the fact
that it provided most reliable and as well as specific set of information that is directly related and
associated with the set topic and objective. With respect to current investigation, use and
implication of questionnaire would be made for collection of primary data as research tool and
investigation technique (Adams, & Velarde, 2018).
Secondary data :- it is process of collecting and gathering information from the sources
which kept and record already scanned and collected information by some other researcher. This

secondary form of data is mainly collected and gathered from the sources like internet, article,
books or journals. The reason and main justification behind collecting and gathering information

The expected research contribution of current project comprises of better understanding and

better information about the impact of Leadership and Management on the success of a large
