INTRODUCTION
The present report is based on the topic management and operation which plays an effective role
in the organisation that is to do all the things properly whether it is activities or managing. The
study will give the information about the role and characteristics of the leaders and manger along
with different of both in the organisation.it will also evaluate about the different types of the
leaders theories that are performed in the organisation. Halewood, UK has been taken as
company for this project, which will enable us to analyze productive diversification within roles
of manager and leader.It will also assist about the examples that are used at the time knowing the
role of the leaders and manager by using different situations. The report will also include
different types of the theories and models that will include systems and contingency leadership.
Later on it will also give the information about the different approaches of operations
management and role of manger and leaders play. In addition to this it will also describe the
importance of operations management. Lastly it will also assist the factors of business
