and performance of workforce. The present report provides the detail knowledge and
understanding of various theories and concept of management and leadership with respect of
Marks and Spencer. It is one of the famous retail outed in the UK which deal with clothing and
home ware products and services. In this report, role of leader and functions of manager has
systematically discussed with cited venture.
