INTRODUCTION
IN this documentation. This assignment define about management of all activities in my
life by which I can make development in some areas by which I can accomplish my all
predetermined aims and objectives effectively in my life. Moreover, this assignment also define
about review of my career and personal development needs, current performance and future
needs in order to formation of personal development plan appropriately.
TASK 1
P 1.1 Compare different management styles
(A)Management: Management is the process of coordinating and organisation of the
essential activities of the business in effective manner in terms of accomplishment of
organisational goals and objectives effectively. Management is mostly concerned to about to
effective handling of all departmental activities in the business effectively in order to organise
business activities in effective way, so the company's short-terms and long-terms objectives
could be accomplished effectively.
(B) Comparison of different management styles:
Autocratic style of management:
IN these kinds of management style, the top management of the group does not consider
as the thoughts and appropriate proposition to their subordinates executives in the management
team (Weske, 2012).
IN this management style, the top manager, leaders and superiors leaders have major
responsibilities in order to make main decision towards management of the team and less
inclusion of their subordinates in decision making process.
In this management styles, employees motivation level is less so they do not work with
influencing approach.
Democratic style of working:
In democratic style of management, they welcome suggestion of subordinates towards the
management of the team at the workplace and they consider feedbacks of subordinates as well.
Democratic management styles create a positive environment at the workplace so that
effective communication channel could be established between management and employees.

Communication skills: Leader of As a leader of British hospitality association, I must
own major characteristics which assist us to making communication between the top
management decision and instruction to their subordinates at the workplace. So all important
instruction towards the employees within the organisation can be communicate between them
effectively (Drucker, 2012). Leader have responsibilities to provide appropriate guidelines to
their sub ordinates effectively in order to completion of their task in given time period, so their
communication skills assist them to do their job properly,
Honesty: As a leader of British hospitality association, Honesty is also one the major
important characteristics of a leader by which they can generate more effective values to their
employees and subordinates executives in the team. A leader of the company must work with
honestly at the workplace so that. Their all other team member and employee can trust on them.
With the help of honest each task of a leader could be completed in the organisation effectively.
Flexibility: As a leader of British hospitality association, I must be flexible in order to
sustain in each critical condition of the business in the industry effectively. Flexible working
condition of the leader can furnish them the value by which, they can make major decision
towards growth of the company in each competitive condition in the market and make motivate
their employees in a team to work hard for succession of organisation in the industry sufficiently.

Verbal Verbal communication process could be direct contact with
patients to physicians in the hospital effectively and another
mode could be used, which is telephonic options and video
calling option by which patients can establish communication
with their relevant physicians at the workplace (Laudon and
Laudon, 2011).
EX: Paralyses person can use video calling option to get touch
with doctor and tell them about their issues to the physicians
from their home to hospital effectively.

is internet websites, E-mails, Faxes, Latter and Telegrams and

As operational manger in I have responsibilities to make motivate my all executive

make them inspire by giving motivational speech and speak out them advantage of working hard
for the business as well (Christopher, 2016). So in case of not receiving pay from the job, I will
make them motivate them to work hard for the business in appropriate manner,

My personal skills and managerial skills provide me appropriate value to my major
decision in the life. I will be able to make effective major decision in my life which will give me
effective outcomes in the industry effectively (Keller, Parameswaran and Jacob, 2011). My
managerial skills make me development myself in order to get appropriate skills which would
help me to make appropriate development in myself. They will communicate me to future
growth of my areas and also provide guideline me to take my life at right path to achieve goals.

Review career: I want highly rewarding career in my life by which I can get my all goals
and objectives of my life in effective manner (Belbin, 2010).
Development needs: I have some of effective development needs which is as following:

Good communication skills to connect with right people in the industry.
I own positive presentation skills which convey me further in the future.
Performance and future needs: I need to make improvement in myself by which I can
modify my skills in better manner and in future I would like to acquire all managerial skills and
tactics which assist me to my future growth in these areas.
