Management is define as the tool which managing the group , controlling the group and
set the goal of the organization. In this leadership is define as motivate and and influence other
for perform which help in organizational success. This is considered as the power of influence
and inspiration which separate leaders from manager. In this , London has a closed partnership
with three chain called Havez , Haz and Tas. In this report there is different type of leadership
style and classical management theory explained in context of service industry. Different internal
and external factors which influence service industry. Describing different service organization
change management system and implementing change.

P1 Different classical management theories in context of service industry
Management theories and leadership are define as the tool which help in achieving the
goals of the organization and manage task or group performance in the organization. Classical
theory is define as the theory which belief that workforce have only physical and economic
needs. Different classical management theories is explain below: Bureaucracy: In this theory of management considered as the systematic formations of
any organization. This theory help Hazev to design to confirm or make sure effectiveness
and the efficiency of of economic. This theory is considered as the ideal model of
management and this bring an organization power structure into focus. This theory has
two important essential the first is converting the structure of the organization into
hierarchy(Mark and Weber 2012) The second important element of the theory is the
organization and the member should governed by defined legal decision making rules.
This theory considered hierarchy authority structure and rules and regulations. Scientific management: This scientific management theory play and effective role in
improving the capability and efficiency of each individual in the organization. This
theory more work on the increasing the production with the use of effective technology.
The more Hazev give financial incentive to the employee its boosting the productivity
of the organization and motivate employee to perform well in the organization.
Administrative theory: This theory is a type of classical management theory in which its
focuses on way to manage things in a systematic manner. The systematic way of doing

consulting to the staff. Democratic leadership style: This style considered as the the more participative style in
the organization in which all the decision are take by consulting with the employee or the
staff member. If Hazev use this style its well in the service industries. In organization the
best part is to before taking the decision communication should be active from upward to
downward. This theory also known as the participative theory. Coaching leadership style: In this style leaders are more likely as teacher. In this theory
leader guide its employee to perform well in the organization. This theory is known as
supervising the team member. This style considered as the modern style which help in
boosting employees motivation , increasing their performance skills and motivate al the
team member.

is to done the task by using available resources to them(Mishra G. P 2018) 2015)....... .. In this

Hazev restaurant in which when government impose the taxes on the customer items
then the restaurant will also increase and enhance the rate of the food. When the changes
is happen in the economic then the many factors affect of service industry. Changes in
economic can have a bad impact on the Havez. When the growth of economy is slow and
stable can be threat for the industry. Social factors: in the factor of social , now people are more educated and the considered
healthy food or they are food conscious. Now days people are more focused and aware
about the food product. In this Hazev need to put positive impact in the mind of
customer regarding there restaurant. This restaurant need to build the trust of employee
with providing them healthy food.(Gupta and et . al., 2016). Technological factors: In Hazev need to use different technology to create awareness
in the mind of customer about there restaurant. In this case television advertisement can
be more costly, so Hazev should develop there website and upload all the details about
there food and restaurant. Started providing food delivery to the Clint at there doorstep.

Internal factors are the factor which affect this industries internally. in this there is
SWOT analysis which affect internal factors which is explain below: Strengths: This is work effectively in providing quality based product in best suitable
price. This can be the strengthen in which consist pricing structures like offering a lower
priced menu. This can be strengths when Hazev offering the special promotion this
promotions like buy one get one before 2.00 pm. Weakness : What can be the weakness. In restaurant most of the thing depend on the staff
which can create the weakness. In this Hazev should train the staff that how to treat the
customer because if they don't treat well to the employee it work as the weakness of
Havez. The item which mention in the menu if it is not available in the restaurant its work
as the weakness for this industry(Ciobanu and Luches 2018)
