levels of the company. For successful organizational structure
define the employee job and where they perfectly fit in the
organization. The structure of organization determines the
outline and centralize chain of command for the organization.
Organization includes the structure like, functional and
divisional, and matrix structure. All type of business whether
they are existing or start-up business uses this organizational
structure. If the workplace does not have the formal structure
therefore, company might face some difficulties in order to
achieve their goals because of the difficulties they face.
