It is really important for the business organizations like PKF Hotel experts to adopt different
types of management styles for effective management of the organization. As the company
wants to compete with Hilton hotel which is also a leading company in the tourism sector of
UK. They need to adopt different management styles (Liu, et al. 2016). The managers need to
follow different management styles to improve the quality of work and manage the internal
and external factors which affect the organizational structure. Manager of PKF Hotel experts
adopts different management styles for achieving the desired goals.
POPULAR MANAGEMENT STYLES ADOPTED BY PKF HOTEL EXPERTS AND HILTON HOTEL
AUTOCRATIC
The Autocratic manager will take all the decisions on his own without taking help of his
