Every company needed that there must be an appropriate leader and manager that results in
success or growth of the organisation. The leader focus on motivating its team so that the
member of team can finish their work in proper way while manager duty is to analyse and make

more. The researcher emphasized on how leader and manager of Uber make sure that individual
