Managers are of different levels which in this case3 includes the following:
i. The Top Managers ; these are managers whose responsibility is to create the
strategies of the organization and make sure that the organization vision and
mission is achieved.
ii. The functional manager; these are managers who mainly serve the sub-section
of an organization and makes sure that the area under their care is effectively
and efficiently in operation.

The motor assembly industry like any other industry around the world is
among the many industries which cannot operate successfully without the
managers in place.
Team or supervisory manager who manages a group of experts work very
much efficiently and effectively in motor assembly industry. Since the
industry needs a group of experts to work on a particular section, the
team manager must be present to coordinate, organize and make sure
that each and every step in the process of assembly or disassembly is done
correctly and without missing out any step. This managerial role in the
industry has really caused the industry to grow positively and successfully
assemble and disassemble.
