to achieve desired task in organisation (Harris and Kelly, 2019). It involves some skills that will
help in avoiding some problems and how they overcome from through their practical experience.

importance to employees and benefits. In this identifying the key focus for people, culture,
business and management issues has been discussed and importance of maintaining diversity in

management skills required for effective management are as follows-
Interpersonal skills- It refers to all about being able to build successful relationship with
people in organisation and it is integral part of management. It is necessary to emphasis
on building the good colleagues relationship and know how to deal with people and
establishing the both and personal level in company is essential. In the Artist enterprise
Hub, it is necessary to maintain the professional boundary as well as personal bond with
everyone. Some prefer to give more attention to builds good behaviour in management.
Communication skills and motivation- Effective leaders and manager in organisation
