persons to stay updated and informed about the different things that happens in the business

benefits of the networking process in an organization are as follows;
a. Building of the trust both internally and externally
b. Rise of the profile of the organization
c. Expansion of the social contacts as well as the business opportunities
d. Sharing of the different kinds of resources and information
e. Expansion of professional contacts
Networks Involved with
I was involved with a number of different networks during my stint in the offices. This
involved the likes of the personal networks which were basically face to face meetings and
discussions with the managers as well as the different kinds of the online meetings like video
callings. Apart from this strategic communication involving meetings with the stakeholders
and the topmost supervisors in the management were the most common.
