organisation is Corus Group Plc which have their headquarter in UK. The report includes
various characteristics and roles of both leader as well as manager along with its application
among different situations. Furthermore, it includes number of theories along with models of
leadership which assist in various situations arise within the workplace. Apart from this various
key approaches are going to be discussed in an effective manner.
