INTRODUCTION
Management and operations is a formative procedure which is mainly related to design

conducted on General Motors which is a multinational corporation engage in the service related

founded in the year 1908 and was founded by William C. Durant, Frederic L. Smith and Charles
Stewart Mott. In this report, formative discussions has been made on, different types of leaders

leadership theories which will aid organisation to simultaneously increase its performance.
