INTRODUCTION
The term management is explicated as a process that aids organisation to direct and
regulate business of an organisation by managing all individuals which are engaged in company

among different situations will also included in the upcoming report. In the last, Role of leaders

Manager are responsible to complete all work by controlling and monitoring all
departments of business. Debenhams manager formulate plans as well as strategy because it

employee's for performing work as per decided strategy. Some roles and characteristic of
