A management and operations are two different factor in the business point view

Walmart, ASDA etc, TESCO headquarters is situated at United kingdom where their

executes form the headquarters, the role of leaders and mangers are having significant factor
which it helps to manage the employees to make them efficient for accomplish the
organisationl objectives (Heath, 2018).

group of persons or an organisation. Leaders is a person who being an inspirational

The Leaders and Managers are two different role on the basis of their role, functions
and characteristics but they have similarities which can be mapped between them where as in
Tesco company, the both leader and mangers does their contribution in various similar factor

Conflicts Resolutions: In organisation there is large number of workforce as
individuals and groups to achievement of a common goals but for an each individuals they
have also their personal goals and desires where day to day conflicts arises. The main reasons

resolve this conflicts issues the Tesco company has to implement the Behavioural
Management theory where it helps to reduce the chances of conflicts between employees in
terms of behaviour and Situational Leadership style can also be supportive to overcame the
conflicts as it will provides the clear descriptions about the situation as well the
circumstances.
Implementation of Change: The change is interior part of company structure where
it promotes the competitive strengths and facilitates the better way of operations which wll
brings the more cost effective and benefits towards the organisation. Through the proper
analysing the market in terms of existing products and new products scope with the
preferences from the consumers. The role of leader and mangers are having their approaches
is to upbringing the challenges to overcome the techniques where the employees get trained

implementation of change in Tesco company such as Scientific Management theory which

of fluctuation to create a conditions which provides the maximum level of productivity

generates the knowledgably information and motivation to workforce which fulfilling the
company’s goals and vision. Tesco company having implement the leadership theories by
which helps to make their strategical goals fulfilled as per their needs and wants. Following
below there is a leadership theories which helps to make understand:
Situational Leadership Theory: Under this theory of leadership, different
approaches it helps to prevails the making of effective or strong teams as of employees within
the organisation premises where to handle the particular complex situation in work culture
(Leadership Styles, 2018). As in Tesco when there is festive season the workforce tries to
implement their efforts to brings out some creativity into it which enhanced their efficiency
