It integrates and indulges two economies with each other properly so that globally issues get
minimize (Ghemawat, 2012). Various individuals think similarly and describe that globalization
is helpful for the world and enhance the individual standard of living as well. But one of a
scholar not only changes my view as well as modifies various people attribute to define
globalization. One of a famous book “The World is flat” proved wrong by Pankaj Ghemawat. He
clearly stated that the world is not flat in nature and there are various dissimilarities among
various aspects and attributes. It also changes my point of view regarding globalizationas there
are many points listed by Professor Ghemawat. Globalisation means equality among the nation
and their way of communication but it is not appropriate. There is still a lot of difference
between large and small, poor or rich. There are certain nations in the world which have high
technology to the interface. On the other hand, some are still struggling to get a proper level of
living. This is not even a single issue with globalization but without any physical
interaction,globalization would not become successful in the frame. All of these aspects and
attribute changed my view of discussion regarding globalization and I have also signed that “the
world is not flat”.

automobile company. Toyota focuses more and more on their culture which signifies innovation.
Business employees are always encountering to face different challenges and come with a new
idea. Hence, Toyota culture is based on innovation so that more and more improvements in their
products and services need to take place (Sidhu, 2015). They believe in regular and proper
innovation so that agreed stated objectives and targets ascertain. Moreover, the business also
focuses more on discipline and mentoring so that positive working attribute encourage.
