Analysis summary
Currently, I am office massager professionally in a certain organization. I have been
working there for quite some years. The employer has implemented some mechanisms that have
increased my job depth and effectiveness through which I do my daily activities. To start with let
me reflect on how operations were in some time. The organization had analog and manual ways
through the information were passed either within the organization or even extra organization
(Hersey, Blanchard, & Johnson, 2007). I was using manual means to have the information in
form of a message from a place to another. Actually, the job was very bothersome and
depressing since I could not handle the bulk of the information I was supposed to present
information of letters and telegrams from place to another. Actually, I had much of the friction
and disagreement with my employer since some of the information could not land to the right
channel or even at the time. Sometimes I had some information being lost on the way and this
brought to the attention of my employee that I was not doing a good job almost losing the job.
My employer made many attempts to have this issue solved. He came up with a new
technology and advanced ways of information transfer (Hersey & Blanchard, 2012). I was
allocated an office installed with computers and supply of network. What amazing thing I found
out. I was given a two weeks training on how to carry out my messaging job just from my
computer. In good luck, I was very fast in understanding every detail. Within two months I had
known everything on how the information reformation was supposed to be passed from different
recipients without any challenges. From my new workstation, I was able to carry out my job
more effective and fast. In fact, it became more enjoyable job following the fact that I could now

have the information be transferred to the relevant recipient without even moving from my seat.
This is contrary to my earlier way of operation in which I had to carry out many forms and
wallets of information from place to another. Means of transport was challenging. In many
occasions, I could late the information but in this new position now I am happy and my boss is
now becoming more of my friend despite being my boss. Everything is working so well I am
happy with my job I just enjoy it apart from being my professional job.
My suggestion is that the change that my employee did in my job position is actually so
effective and it is working well with me. I am able to perform my duties very effective and
without any depression as I used to have before (Wagner, Hollenbeck, & Russell, 2015). I am
able to instruct my computer on who to receive which information at which time and exactly it
does what I really set. I am happy that I am having a new way of doing my job. In fact, most of
the time I have my job almost done within hours, not like the earlier time where I had to work till
late hours to make sure that every information has gotten to the right person although despite all
these efforts I had to find I made a particular mistake. As it is true that man is in error since I was
doing things manually, some time times I was doing some mistakes which are very critical
without even knowing. Delaying of the information was among the common mistakes I
encountered which actually made me almost lose my job since my employer was not happy with
(Cook & Hunsaker, 2011). It almost lowered the success of the organization.
It is from this new implementation method in the department of messaging that the
organization has realized a great impact in achieving its goals and strategies. Actually, the
employer has promised more advanced implementations with time and I think I will be in the
better working environment than ever. Following the fact that technology is developing every
day I am hoping that with time I will have more advanced ways of carrying out my task in my

office and offer quality services to the organization. I am convinced that this transition will make
the organization one of the developed firms within the region. I have realized that are more
programming mechanisms that are being invented in the IT department in our origination and I
am sure with time there will be a new better way to my job position (Schermerhorn, Hunt &
Osborn, 2010). My employer has given me a promise that once everything is set in place I will
be informed of the changes. I can conclude by saying that the attempts made by my employee
have great effective impacts on my current job position.
