Managing the human resources is assistance in terms of extracting productive labour,
which helps in enhancing the productivity. I think the managers play an important role in this
direction. Strategic approach of the managers is effective in terms of completing the tasks
according to the requirements and objectives (Noe, Hollenbeck, Gerhart & Wright, 2017).
According to my opinions, theoretical consideration helps in achieving a deeper
understanding of the behaviour towards execution of the workplace activities. This
assignment develops a reflective analysis for the aspects of managerial responsibilities
towards communication, recruitment, selection, innovation and culture in terms of enhancing
the efficiency within the operations.

The topic of strategic human resource management is important for the managers to
assess whether the exposed approach towards the tasks is according to the identified aims and

achieving negative results. During this time, getting motivation and support from the peers
and experienced persons is effective in terms of enhancing the confidence regarding the
capability to perform better. In this process, conflicts are bound to occur, as I would be
selective in accepting the offers and suggestions. Therefore, my attempt has to be the
achievement of negotiation for maintaining and preserving the stability in the relationship
with my peers, relatives and others.

In the recent past, I have been incapable in managing the conflicts while working as a
team for a project. There was differentiation of opinion, which delayed our submission. The
intensity of the issue was very complex, so I approached our supervisor for getting effective

enhance my awareness about the latest versions of legislative requirements regarding
standardizing the workplace operations.
