INTRODUCTION
Hospitality industry is one of the most developing advanced industry within global
parameters where there are various new focal domains developed , for keeping up innovation
and also for creating new smart management services. The report will be analysing
Grosvenor Hotel Torquay General Manager Mark in terms of performance and overall
effectiveness in role, with discussion of various problems and how management, leadership
theories impact functional efficiency. The study will be also analysing team working theories
for improvement of people management skills, for pertaining focus on new larger goals
through which hotel management can be highly worked on for vision changes.

customers. The manager Mark has been unable to bring actions and goals collectively
coordinated among each other, where vision formatively is lacking with managerial

The hotel customers are being highly unsatisfied with services where there is no
technical communication format, and also along with downfall in goodwill there is
also loss in revenue scenarios which is decreasing vision oriented success on varied
aspects. MARK has been acting highly irresponsible towards his duties, and this has
lead to wide loss on communication parameters among employees which has created
wide functional decreased avenues .
The hotel staff are not yielding focus on customers immediate working needs where

productive rise on goodwill horizons. Many times it has witnessed that correct
actions and new steps of leadership have not been taken, which has largely decreased
