nature towards the company and its role in which I am employed. The report provides

the report also reviews the personal strengths and weaknesses along with the feedback shared by
different people during the course of attaining a qualified job. The report provides details about
my enrollment in Apple Company, it explains whether I am placed properly or misplaced in the
organization.
Further, the latter part of the report also discusses about the self-improvement for my continuous
growth and improvement in an effective manner. The personal SWOT analysis helps a person to
analyze their skill, capabilities along with the areas where they are lacking behind. This also

Naturally Occurring Data
In the company Apple Inc. I am expecting to join the position of Marketing Executive where my
communication skills will effective help me to understand the concept and communicate with
customers and co-workers of the organization. Having effective communication skills are one of
the most important requirement of the marketing field job (Brown 2014). Further, it should be
noted that I have used three naturally occurring data for preparing the report. These three
naturally occurring data are conversation with different people, emails and corporate artefacts.
All the three sources adequately helped to gain resourceful information from the authentic people
and sources that helped in preparing the report (Rangkuti 2015).
Conversations were used in such a way that it helped in communicating with different people.
This communication somehow helped me improving my skills implying them in my current
professional objectives (Duffy 2017). Apart from that, with the help of effective communication
I adequately contacted different people who can help me in gaining information about my own
personality traits that can help in future prospects of professional life. Conversation with
different people also motivated me in changing my behavior and analyzing the opportunities that
I have in my professional life. Apart from that, the conversation process was adequately initiated
with the use of emails and inquiries (Vedung 2017). By enquiring through emails, I received
many more information that helped me in gaining information to complete the report
requirements. Emails are the best way that helps a person to formally communicate to other
dignitaries of the organization and receive optimum information from them. Corporate artefacts
also helped in gaining information about the business environment of the company. The
corporate artefacts include the norms, beliefs and behavior of the organization and people of
company. This information helped in knowing my position in the company and whether I would
sustain in the company or not (Brown 2014).
Strengths:
As according to the myers-briggs personality indicator I am an extrovert so I perfectly
handle many clients at a time in the market (16 Personalities., 2018)

effectively achieved. I am a kind of person who does not believe in achieving success alone.
Instead I get happier when my whole team accomplishes their individual as well as collective
targets. Thus, can say that I have a helping nature, and his aspect can specifically help me in
growing in diverse environment. As my superiors will see that I believe in team work and
moving forward together, so they will subsequently promote me to higher position in the
organization. In short, I have the capability to prove myself and be responsible while working
(Katz, Eilot, and Nevo 2014).
Currently I will be assigned on the lower position than a manager of the company but I have the
goal to become on reputable position of the company from where I can help my subordinates and
motivate them to accomplish the objective of the company as well. For this purpose, I need to
adequately address the opportunities present in the market and polish my strengths so that I can
gain competitive advantage in the market (Education planners 2018). Along with this, I need to
work on my weaknesses and improve them so that no person in the organization can point out a
finger at me and save me from the threats. This can happen if I properly concentrate on my
objectives and complete the targets given to me. Thus, in this way I can effective use my
personal SWOT plan and gain appreciation by the management of Apple Inc. for my work
(Wehmeyer, and Shogren 2016).
