INTRODUCTION
Management perspective is a process that focuses on improving performance for
increasing productivity and profitability in an organization. This process is important in
organization for playing different roles so on which it easily gives direction and supervise
employees and members of organization for improving their skills and performance (Bromiley,
Rau and McShane, 2016). Samsung is a telecommunication industry and it was found in 1923. It
produces product like mobile, smart phones and laptop. 325000 employees engaged in this
organization. This report will cover personal SWOT analysis, feedback and it sources
development plan.
Task
SWOT analysis of personal.
SWOT analysis is a technique to evaluate internal factors that affect performance (SWOT
Analysis, 2017). So, through this, I do personal SWOT to evaluate my strength and weakness.

Techniques and strategies to communicate effectively.
Communication is a process that used by every organization and every member to share
their information to each other. Many techniques are used by them to communicate with
stakeholders (Sallent, 2017). Through communication they can take feedback and it is a process
that helps to collect data and information for self and it is negative as well as positive. I have
joined Samsung for the post of manager so I researched my skills from other people who knows
me. It has helped me in evaluating my personal skills and knowledge regarding duties of a
managerial personnel. I collect important information from people and it is used to make
important decision. I take feedback through following way: -
Conversation: - it is a technique of communication that researcher do for collecting
information about their particular area of research. It is the best way and method of collecting
data as researcher meets with many people face to face but this method cannot cover large
number of people. This method consumes more cost and time.
I have also researched about my skills and knowledge that I have or do not have for post
of manager. So, I met people and take feedback about me and I have collected data as per
interacting with people to know my loopholes, weaknesses as well as areas which are required to
be improved. But, I felt nervousness during interaction. I got information from many people that
gives effective and proper direction to them. I have evaluated and analysed through conversation
with people that I have skills of communication and leadership. But, these skills need effective
improvements.
E mail :- It is also a good source of collecting data and by researcher. Through this they
can collect many information at global level because all people use technology and they give
feedback from everywhere. This method of research consumes less cost and time. Day by day
this method is increasing for communicating and sharing information from each other.
I took feedback from my known and friends so they gave information about my problem-
solving skills that it is very effective and efficient. I got data from maximum people that gave
feedback about my skills because that is very effective. I prefer self-evaluation and ascertainment
which would be effective in managing my behaviours, skills and qualification which are being

required in a specific role. I believe self-actualisation would be effective in learning, training and
developing various things instead of depending on other’s opinion. Forward and strategic
thinking is very necessary for manager and I want to join manager post in Samsung organization
so these skills are very important for planning about future improvement and development.
Corporate artefacts: - It includes logo, material, symbols, image and brand that makes
good image in mind of peoples (Yorio, Willmer and Moore, 2015). This method also helpful for
researcher to take positive feedback and collect information. It totally related to organizational
identity that is beneficial to get information because peoples gave positive response on a relevant
fact.
I took feedback to know about my skills and knowledge. So, I got that I have decision
making and technological skills which are necessary for managers but sometimes I lacks in
effective decision making.
Structure and characteristics of organization affect to decision making.
Organizational structure is created according to goal of Samsung because it includes
rules, responsibility and roles of members of organization. Information and data flow through
structure like if centralized structure available than decision will flow top to down. In
decentralized structure decision making power at distributed different level so these things affect
in decision making process of manager. Because if manager has power so it makes decision for
overall organization and employees but if many members has power of decision making so it
creates confusion and create conflicts as well.
Critical assessment for placed and misplaced with in organization.
I want to join Samsung organization as a manager but according to collected information I
have evaluated that there are weaknesses which would affect me in organising my responsibility.
I have strength of communication that means my skills are very good and effective that
helps in placed and promote in Samsung but I felt nervousness so this may be a reason of
misplaced because this organization is focus on increase customers and sales. Effective
communication is important for increasing sales and profit-making.
Problem solving skill is also better in me according to feedback. So, this thing helps to
promote and place but I have weakness that I do not gather and evaluate all information about
issue. So, it may misplace me from Samsung because this skill is essential for managers as it
prevents conflicts without partiality.

Strategic thinking is not presented in me that is one of my weaknesses because in the
future planning for improvement and development I have to work upon it. It is necessary for me
to learn and improve technical knowledge as it will benefit the organisation in raising the
operational practices such as profitability, liquidity and efficiency. So, strategic thinking skills
are required to be improved.
Self-improvement plan.
Self-improvement is a continuous improvement process that run lifelong (Shamim, Yu,
and Li, 2016). Every stage of people has to need of improve according to time and changes. It
helps in increase knowledge and update time to time.
