be effective as it helps in offering the outline to the employees which they have to consider. With
the help of the organizational structure in the company, the productivity of the company
increases for the given period of time. In fact the working place becomes friendlier for the
employees due to the effective communication tool in the company. This approach of feasible
communication helps the employees in making a good relationship and also facilitates good
behavior at the working place. In the organization there are many departments in which conflicts
happen and it affects the profitability of the company (Aghazadeh, 2015).
