organizational fit into Woolworths.
Strength Weakness
1. Determination – I am much focused

work. I have a fair knowledge about
the extent I can travel to achieve the

After I accomplish the task, it gives

Woolworths will be largely affected by the country’s political scenario had there been an

Environmental
The environmental factor of the country might affect the sales at Woolworths. However,
it has environment friendly practices which do not pose any threat to the company.
Organizational fit in WOOLWORTHS
The above SWOT analysis has helped me to assess my organizational ability that can fit
to the requirements of Woolworths. Moreover, it has provided me with the opportunity to
conduct a self-reflection that would be beneficial for my self-improvement. In this section, I
would analyze whether I would fit in the organizational scenario according to the requirements
of the company or not.
Firstly, Woolworths uses various sources to collect information of the users to improvise
the experience (Devin & Richards, 2018). In this regard, as I have the ability to have
interpersonal relation with people, I stand at the advantage to have a better insight into the
understanding of the people and their tastes and preference. Therefore, my abilities can be used
to enhance the company’s performance.
Secondly, I may be willing to put in extra effort to the task. However, I do not want
somebody to pressurize me which is usual occurrence in Woolworths. Probably, I need to work
on this factor which would help me to handle work pressure efficiently. It will also lead to
explore my abilities which will help me in gaining the exposure I need for my development
(Mäntymäki, & Riemer, 2016).
Thirdly, as I have said in the above SWOT analysis part about the strategic management
skills on my part, I believe it would foster the growth of the company in many ways. Since an
efficient strategic planning is needed in every organization to succeed, my managing skills would

taking part in a broader and positive work culture. It will also help me in eliminating my
weakness and thereby help me in the further improvement of my work and association with
Woolworths (Hepworth & Newman, 2019).
According to my past experience, some of the weakness in which I have to work upon are
the ability to do work at less time. Though, I have the confidence to provide quality work, but I
have an issue with completing it on time which I need to improvise on. Moreover, as I said in the
above section, I usually push my limits to achieve something which is also a part of my
characteristic. Therefore, I need to accept that there may be times when I have to stop expecting
too much from myself and learn to embrace the failure gracefully.

In respect to the above analysis, it can be concluded that I will surely be able to fit myself
in the Woolworths’ organizational sphere. The strengths and weakness have specifically helped
me to focus in the self-analysis thereby providing me the opportunity of enhancing my abilities. I
have the required determination and the ability to work hard for achieving a goal. Moreover, I
am also a quick learner that would facilitate the company to put their faith on me regarding

demand quick adaptability and learning capabilities. Although, I have to overcome the weakness
