Managing a business in a proper way is a big concern of every organization. However, it
is crucial for the business owner to manage their project making a rigid plan (Bird 2016). From
the given scenario, it has been received that Techno Greats operates 10 labs across Canada.
These labs include research regarding the blood and Plasma. ED is the general manager of
Techno Grates and he is started his work as a researcher in its Vancouver lab. However, it has
been found that ED wants to start a new project regarding the research in this organization but he
failed to give proper time to this research as well as their new business plan. On the other hand, it
has been received that in this organization there is staff problem as the staffs are not working
properly. On the other hand, safety issue is another problem in this lab that needs to be removed.
This study deals with the problem and the options to solve the problem in this organization.
Problem Identification
According to the given scenario, it has been found that ED wants to complete one project
before starting another project. One of the major problems of this idea is to complete the project
within the time. On the other hand, another problem in Techno Greats is the poor performance of
the staffs and the lack of proper data entry clerk. However, ED found that the lab performance is
slightly below from its objectives. This is big problem of this lab. It is crucial for an organization
to perform based on the objectives (DHF et al. 2017). Therefore, the purchasing department of
this lab was not working well as the stock of the standard Petrie dishes is very low. Therefore,
the ED was not able to continue his work due to the interruption of supervisor and the Vice-
president HR. Therefore, to promote a new marketing plan ED needs to bring changes in the
marketing strategy. However, the employees especially the data entry clerk has some personal
