Hospitality industry is wide in nature and
having broad category within service sector it
includes event planning, lodging, theme parks,
travelling, cruise line and additional field in
the tourism industry.

hospitality sector
Hospitality industry is wide in nature there are
several challenges which can be face by Artist
residence while working in competitive
business environment. Explanation of these
are as follow :-

• Cleanliness issues

Critical analysis management theory
For solving challenges there is requirement of
implementing management theory in the working of
Artist Residence. So that security as well as
cleanliness challenges will be resolved by the
company because these are the major issues which
give wide impact on the brand image within market
area. Moreover, for the system management theory is
suitable due to its alternative approach to planning
and management of company.

of guest or customers which can be only possible with assistance of
better management services. It can be possible only when
organisation will hire professional staff members in their hotel for
serving customers needs and wants. Because company is facing
security and cleanliness issue both are major challenges within
hospitality sector and it require proper attention. So that guest of
same hotel will get satisfied and result in generating more revenue.
