its growth stage. Pure Gym also has 180 gyms across United Kingdom. The organisational
structure of the business must be efficient, competitive, flexible and innovative. Organising of
specialisation staff of the company in their realm of expertise are also part of organising people
in their respective functional area. The divisional structure is not appropriate to apply this theory
and competency method. The Swot analysis of the company gives insights to the competitive
