Introduction
The transcript is all about the managing of a management team in a particular
organization. Management has some particular work that needs to be done by the management
team in an effective way. In this case, the chosen company is Red Telecom communication of
Australia. They have some problem situation, their market analysis and competitive companies
in the same business sector is the concern form of discussion. There are some training issues
where learning and developmental skill is related to the employees up gradation are the concern
factors of the management. In other words, management has to be communicative so that
employees can ensure to feel free and state their problem to the organization and by this
implemented process organization can also retain their employees.
Objectives
To maintain the effectiveness of management and train those employees for the future
development of the country.
To deliverance of adequate feedback in proper time is the prime motive for the
organization as the customer satisfaction is the key criteria over this.
To improve the employees' performance by the implementation of incentive, money is a
good way to bring them back in the organization.

In this chosen company team leader and their associates are under the workgroup profile.

market orientation of the company and the expected need form the customers are the prime
factor to hitting the target. In case of Red Telecom, their improvement in productivity,
efficiency, and Profitability is the concern aspect and objectives that provide a competitive
advantage to the company. The company is focusing on some learning training so that employees
can learn the strategic implementation and use of those strategic processes (Liozu & Hinterhuber,
2013). They are beneficial for that implementation and their development in working nature also
develop the market rating of the company.
Problem statement
In recent times, Red Telecom has faced some internal problem with policies. In the field
of technological enhancement and global technical vision is being changed by time to time so
new invention in broadband sector is needed. As Red Telecom is a broadband service provider
that has to implement certain strategic changes so that customers can find some different outlook
or dimension of the broadband and web hosting products (Al-Ansaari, Bederr & Chen, 2015). In
the Australian market, their global jurisdiction will get a huge reinforcement if they innovate
some new thinking in aspect to develop the web hosting process and high-speed broadband
facility to their customers.
Developmental skills
For the developing of the employees, flexible learning option is the key process that
organization can implement for the employees. Building trust with the employees also strengthen
the employees and management relation that enthusiastically surface the development of the

innovation development in web hosting or creativity in fiber optic internet connection or
providing the consistent high-speed broadband and the exciting home products are the
developmental agenda of the company (Johnston & Marshall, 2016). Their employees and team
leaders have this innovative power to think and rethink about the issue so that Red Telecom can
create their development in a progressive way.
Learning and development strategy
Learning and development strategy depends on the consistent eagerness of employees
desire to know something new and to implement that process for the favor of the company. In
that case development model like 70:20:10 Model is relevant and important that determine the
effectiveness of learning and development activities (Blackman et al. 2016). In that numeric
model 70 percentage is being addressed to the individual's work experience, for the successful
innovative nature or to creating impact over the work an experience outcome is needed. 20
percentages are rated as per the frequency of conversation and the rest of the 10 percentage
determine the formal education background. In Red Telecom, the formal background of
education is less important than work experience as the innovative thinking will come if the

2015). In case of Red Telecom, their market competitors have launched some innovative
products so they have been challenged by them, so they will introduce something new in their
favor which provides best technical output that pleases the customers. Then, their evaluation of
the organization must rise in high.

Therefore, form this critical discussion over management decision and their workplace
orientation, a complete analysis of their function is known by the workgroups. They have to take
responsibilities and need to implement over that so that company will be on the beneficial side.
In Red Telecom, development strategy and training manner will be well revised so that literature
