In this report, I have analysed all the factors which help in developing self-awareness among
managers and develop personality and traits in the organisation. In this report, I have
demonstrated some principles which help in enhancing the performance of an organisation.
Furthermore, I have analysed some essential aspects which help in enhancing the communication
process and develop solutions towards complexities. Then I have reflected on some essential
strategies and techniques which would help in facing the challenges in an effective manner and
help organisational managers in accomplishing the task in an effective manner.
Content and significance of the topic:
The content is present in the context of managers in which all the roles and responsibilities of
managers are analysed. The content is on management, people and teams in which all the
essential functions and principles helped managers in developing the performance of the
organisation.
The content is important because of the success of an organisation based on how its manager
performs and how their actions lead to productive result in the context of the organisation.
Relevancy in the topic:
The topic is quite important for me as it helps in enhancing my experience and developed my
skills in the context of managerial functions. As a manager, I should know my roles and
responsibilities which I should adopt in the company welfare. Along with this, the topic helps me
to increase my motivational skills and help me in analysing the nature of complexities and in
overcoming them (Hitt, Black & Porter, 2012).
Past experience in the selected topic:
As per my past experience, I am not much familiar with the managerial principles and ethics
which would help in developing my skills and knowledge. I was only familiar with some
functions of a manager such as develop teamwork, team coordination and some communication
methods which reduce gaps between manager and employees.
Learning from the context
It is essential for managers to develop and adopt strategic approaches and principles which will
help in operating and performing in an ever-changing workplace. I have learned some of the
essential principles of Henry Fayol's in relation to the function of management which mainly
covers planning, organising, directing and staffing the employees in an effective manner

(Johnson, 2015). I have analysed and learned that every manager has developed his specific
goals which are needed to be accomplished by the managers in a timely manner. Henry Fayol's
principle help in commanding and controlling the operations in an organisation which might help
in developing effective coordination between team and organisational staff. This theory helps in
developing a strategic plan which might help in enhancing the performance of the organisation
(Minzberg, 2012). There are some applications which help in developing performance
individually and enhance the efficiency of the company. I have analysed that there are some
applications and theories such as motivating the employees for their performance and maintain
dedication in self is the critical challenge which helps in developing personal skills and
experience.
Further, I have analysed some model of management which would help in developing the future
growth of the company. Then I have analysed some dimensions of communication such as
direction, formality, and channels. All these dimensions of communication help in enhancing the
communication process and overcome the gaps. Along with this, I have learned that these
dimensions help in developing team coordination by developing a better understanding and
performing the task in a timely manner (Hitt, Black & Porter, 2012).
Utilise skills at the workplace
All the essential things that I have learned in the context of management, people and team. The
things I have mostly determined such as communication methods which are essential to apply in
the organisation as it helps in enhancing team coordination and reduces conflicts among
managers and employees. Furthermore, I have learned the significance of the principles of Henry
Fayol's in the context of the manager (Hitt, Black & Porter, 2012). As a manager, I would like to
implement Henry Fayol's which would help me in providing effective direction to employees and
performing the task in an effective manner. Further, it would help me in accessing the
organisational complexities which can be overcome with the help of strategic planning and such
activities will be surely applied in futuristic situations. Along with this, I would like to develop
managing strategies which would help in managing the staff, and help in managing the task as
per the changing environment and help in managing the employee performance in the
organisational context (Johnson, 2015).

Conclusion
From the above report, it is concluded that managing the organizational task is not an easy task
for which a manager has to perform every task in an ethical manner. I think that the manager
should perform a task in the organisation by analysing all the environmental factors and should
perform the task by taking effective decision making.
