The research topic is the effect of remuneration and bonuses

organization and in any economic system is its personnel. In the market system, the personnel
of the commercial organization perform the basic functions of doing business, by selling the
organization of its own workforce. The monetary valuation of services rendered to an
economic entity by an employee manifests itself on the surface of economic phenomena in
the form of remuneration for certain physical or intellectual efforts (Al Ariss, Cascio, &
Paauwe, 2014).
The degree of useful effect for the organization from the use of labor depends on
many factors, including the level of education and qualifications of employees, satisfaction
with working conditions and the psychological climate in the team, awareness of the
corporate interests and strategic goals of the company. However, the main stimulating lever,
in this context, is the size and frequency of remuneration that adequately reflects the
workload of employees (Bryman & Bell, 2015). .

the agrarian specifics based on modern analytical tools.

and the subordination of related categories" pay "and" wages "; determine the place of
analysis of staff remuneration in the system of integrated economic analysis of the economic
activity of the economic entity; to justify the implementation of the principles of the system
approach to the internal content of the analysis of the remuneration of the personnel of the
commercial organization; to assess the current legal support for the analysis of staff
remuneration for adequacy and adequacy of the existing business environment; to develop
and substantiate the organizational model for conduct (Kothari, Mizik, & Roychowdhury,
2015).
