Interpersonal skills
This is one of the most important skills that must be present among all the different
managers in order to interact freely with the different customers. 99. Co is one of the well known
real estate company in Singapore that mainly tries to make sure that customers needs are being
met at all costs (Allen & Gutwill, 2016). One of their major concerns is to ensure that the
customers are getting the best property at the proper possible costs. In order to make sure that
they maximize the customer satisfaction all the employees have to be motivated so that they are
able to work in a sound manner (Fang et al., 2016). On the other hand this will be helping the
managers to make sure that they are being able to maintain a proper balance between
maintaining a customer centric and also employee centric approach.
Communications skill
An efficient manager will always have to make sure that he or she is being able to
establish a proper horizontal communication skill. This will be helpful in making the business to
be carried on in a proper way because employees will be able to reach out to their managers
whenever needed. This will also help in boosting the morale of the employees. The employees
will be able to make sure that they are being able to voice their opinions and are being able to
take part in the business decision making processes.
Delegation
This is one of the most important managerial skills that are needed within an ideal
manager. This is because of the fact that there are many different kinds of works that have to be

taken care of by the employees. It is because of this reason that all the employees have to be
assigned with the duties in a proper way and it must be made sure that different works are being
taken care of by different employees and there are no issues being faced in this aspect.
A manager with good delegation skills will be able to assign and re assign tasks in a
proper way so that all the employees are able to carry on with their respective tasks and are able
to attain their overall goals and objectives (Pow, 2017). It is because of this reason that the
different employees are able to understand their duties towards their work. They will be able to
understand about the different roles and regulations that are associated with their respective
positions.
Business structure that aligns with environment and strategy
General Partnership is one of the good and most suitable business structures that can be
followed by this real-estate company. This is because of the fact that as they are a very new
company in the field of real estate company. This is mainly because of the fact that in order to
move on towards a bright a d profitable future, they will have to get a good amount of fund and
also make sure that they are making a good profit by getting money and capital from the fund
raisers and the investors (Blank et al., 2019).
99. Co has established itself only in the year 2013 and they will have to make sure that
they are being able to promote themselves properly and also make themselves well known
among all the customers. However in order to maximize their profit they will have to make sure
that they re being able to appeal the customers both on a local and also on a Global level. This

will enable them to serve a large number of customers at the same time. In order to do this they
will have to get the resources that is money, raw materials and also the expert advices. This will
be very helpful for the organization as they will be able to expand their services (Zhang, Dera &
Prakapenka, 2018).
They will have to get good amount of money as they will be able to make their business
well known and also be able to understand the needs and demands of the different customers
over the different parts of the world.
Therefore it can be concluded that in order to make 99. Co a successful business set up
the managers will have to take up the responsibility of maintaining both a customer centric and
also an employee centric approach. This will be very useful for them as they can make
significant developments within their operations and also outsource their productions to many
different parts of the country.
