real estate company in Singapore that mainly tries to make sure that customers needs are being
met at all costs (Allen & Gutwill, 2016). One of their major concerns is to ensure that the
customers are getting the best property at the proper possible costs. In order to make sure that
they maximize the customer satisfaction all the employees have to be motivated so that they are
able to work in a sound manner (Fang et al., 2016). On the other hand this will be helping the
managers to make sure that they are being able to maintain a proper balance between
maintaining a customer centric and also employee centric approach.
Communications skill
An efficient manager will always have to make sure that he or she is being able to
establish a proper horizontal communication skill. This will be helpful in making the business to
be carried on in a proper way because employees will be able to reach out to their managers
whenever needed. This will also help in boosting the morale of the employees. The employees

among all the customers. However in order to maximize their profit they will have to make sure
